About Us
Soloof was founded with the vision of developing a future-proof solution that enables electricity from photovoltaic systems to be used efficiently and economically by various tenants/users in buildings and building complexes.
Through numerous discussions with cooperatives and owners of commercial properties and multi-family homes, we recognized that the two existing models for energy distribution within a building – collective building supply and tenant electricity – have legal uncertainties that are not conclusively resolved and therefore do not provide a secure investment basis.
Consequently, we developed the Soloof House Energy Solution (SHES), a solution that operates within a clearly defined legal framework and does not require approvals from the local grid operator.
Our Mission
We aim to bring the energy transition directly into buildings – fairly, transparently, and legally secure.
- Tenants benefit from affordable, regional electricity.
- Property owners unlock additional revenue streams.
- Investment amortization for building owners within 4–7 years.
