Roof Lease, System Operation, Electricity Sales

You choose which tasks you like han­dle your­self, we take care of every­thing else.

Let us con­sult you

   Roof Lease (Complete Package)

  • Soloof leas­es your roof, builds and owns the sys­tem
  • You have the choice between a fixed lease or rev­enue shar­ing
  • Soloof oper­ates the sys­tem and han­dles elec­tric­i­ty sales, as with the oth­er pack­ages

   Device Lease

  • You own the sys­tem; Soloof leas­es the sys­tem
  • Soloof han­dles elec­tric­i­ty sales as with the Electricity Sales pack­age

   Electricity Sales

  • You own and oper­ate the sys­tem while Soloof han­dles elec­tric­i­ty sales for you:
    • Reporting to the tax author­i­ties
    • Relocation and con­tract man­age­ment
    • Invoicing tenants/lessees

🔧 Retrofit

  • We can retro­fit your exist­ing sys­tem with any of the above pack­ages regard­ing the inte­gra­tion of bat­tery stor­age, wall­box­es, back­up pow­er, heat pumps or heat­ing ele­ments
  • We can con­vert your exist­ing sys­tem from ten­ant elec­tric­i­ty or full feed-in sys­tems to a SHES sys­tem
